For Those Without a Voice

"For those without a voice"

Taking on a much needed job
 Obtaining freedom for countless voiceless

Howling cries for help
 Echoing for miles around
Left to stay in crate or cage
Leaving only to go to the "mill"

Others are forced to fight or die
Rights were never given for these dogs

Hours away people prepare for a rescue
Igniting fires in each of their eyes
Going to free as many as time permits
Hastening the work before guards approach

Watching for guards and alarms
 Accessing through basement window
Taking locks of cages
Transporting the rescued in provided carriers
Escaping the same way we entered
Rejoicing once the freed voiceless are saved
